Variable Mappings
After logging into the Super Admin Portal, select Configurations from the left navigation panel and choose Variable Mappings sub-tab. This page displays a list of all variable-mappings along with their details.
Variable Mappings List
Variable Mappings are listed in reverse chronological order — the most recently added variable mapping appear at the top.
Use the Pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate through the variable mapping list.
Easily locate a variable mapping using the search functionality by entering the variable mapping name.
For advanced search options, click on the Advanced Search icon located in the search box (highlighted in a yellow box).
To view the list of devices associated with a specific variable mapping, click the device count in the list (highlighted with a black box).
To add a new variable mapping, click on the Add New button. (highlighted with a green box)
To edit a variable mapping or view its audit trail or delete it, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column (highlighted with a blue box).
To edit or view the details of a variable mapping click on the first icon.
To delete a variable mapping click on the second icon.
To view the audit details of a variable mapping click on the second icon.

Advanced Search
The Variable Mapping list supports advanced search using a combination of multiple fields such as Name, Device Model, Device Manufacturer.
After entering the desired search criteria, click on Search to filter the results.
To reset the form and clear all inputs, click on Clear.
To collapse the Advanced Search form, click on the collapse icon located in the top-right corner of the form (highlighted in a blue box).

Add New Variable Mapping
To add a new variable mapping, click the Add New button. This will open the variable mapping form. To add source and target variables, click on the + button (highlighted in a blue box) and complete all required fields, then click Save to store the new variable mapping or Cancel to discard your changes.
After clicking the + button, fill in all required fields, then click the green tick ✅ to add or the cross ✖ to cancel. To remove an existing variable mapping, click the delete button.
Variable Mapping Edit
After clicking the edit icon in the Actions column, the variable mapping form opens. Only the fields that are enabled can be edited—disabled fields are read-only. Click Update to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Variable Mapping Delete
To delete a variable mapping, click the Delete icon in the Actions column. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete the selected variable mapping, or No to cancel the action.
Variable Audit Mapping Trail
After clicking the audit trail icon in the Actions column, the audit trail opens. Click on the uncollapse icon to see the detailed changes (highlighted in a blue box). To collapse, click on the collapse icon (highlighted in a green box).
