Backends

After logging into the Super Admin Portal, select Configurations from the left navigation panel and choose Backends sub-tab. This page displays a list of all backends along with their details.

Backends List

  • Backends are listed in reverse chronological order — the most recently added backend appear at the top.

  • Use the Pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate through the backend list.

  • Easily locate a backend using the search functionality by entering the backend name and backend type.

  • To view the list of devices associated with a specific backend, click the device count in the list (highlighted with a black box).

  • To add a new backend, click on the Add New button. (highlighted with a green box)

  • To edit a backend or view its audit trail or delete it, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column (highlighted with a blue box).

    • To edit or view the details of a backend click on the first icon.

    • To delete a backend click on the second icon.

    • To view the audit details of a backend click on the second icon.

Add New Backend

To add a new backend, click the Add New button. This will open the backend form. To add HTTP headers, click on the + button (highlighted in a blue box) and complete all required fields, then click Save to store the new backend or Cancel to discard your changes.

After clicking the + button, fill in all required fields, then click the green tick ✅ to add or the cross ✖ to cancel. To remove an existing entry, click the delete button.

Backend Edit

After clicking the edit icon in the Actions column, the backend form opens. Only the fields that are enabled can be edited—disabled fields are read-only. Click Update to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.

Backend Delete

To delete a backend, click the Delete icon in the Actions column. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete the selected backend, or No to cancel the action.

Backend Audit Trail

After clicking the audit trail icon in the Actions column, the audit trail opens. Click on the uncollapse icon to see the detailed changes (highlighted in a blue box). To collapse, click on the collapse icon (highlighted in a green box).
